Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS

1. All body parts are sold as is and will not be eligible for returns once the item is received or has left the premises. If parts are wrong an exchange can be issued if a replacement item is available within 7 days from date of purchase. Consumer will be responsible for any price difference. 
2. All mechanical parts sold have 30 days to be returned from date of purchase. Consumer will be subjected to a 35% restocking fee of the original price of the part purchased. If parts are wrong an exchange can be issued if a replacement item is available within 7 days but consumer will be responsible for any price difference. 
3. All computers or modules are sold as is and are not eligible for any returns or warranty claims. 
4. All accessories sold have 30 days to be returned from date of purchase. Customer will be subjected to a 35% restocking fee of the original price of the part purchased. If parts are wrong an exchange can be issued if a replacement item is available within 7 days. Consumer will be responsible for any price difference. 
5. Any parts that were tested prior to delivery which are backed by photos or videos may have a risk of being returned for store credit only or no return at all.

REFUNDS

1. All refunds paid via Credit/Debit will be issued back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. 
2. All refunds paid via Cash/Check will be issued back in the form of a check within 5-7 business days.  

SHIPPING

       1. Customer has the ability to provide their own shipping label, or one can be provided for them at the customer's expense  

       2. All returns are accepted. Returns are at liable at the customer's expense and can be subjected to a 35% restocking fee.
